Xiaowei Li is a Professor at the Institute of Computing Technology (ICT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He received his B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in Computer Science from Hefei University of Technology in 1985 and 1988, respectively, and earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from ICT, CAS in 1991. His research interests encompass VLSI testing, fault-tolerant design, and hardware security. Dr. Li has co-authored six books and published over 380 papers in leading academic journals and international conferences. He is a recipient of the National Technological Invention Award (2012) and the National Science and Technology Progress Award (2015). Dr. Li currently serves as Vice-Chair of the IEEE Computer Society Test Technology Technical Council and is a Fellow of the China Computer Federation.
