刘伟锋，博士，教授，博士生导师，山东省优秀研究生指导教师，青岛市拔尖人才，山东省高等学校青年创新团队带头人，山东省人工智能学会理事，山东省自动化学会常务理事，CCF计算机视觉专委会委员，IEEE SMC协会感知计算技术委员会主席，CCF高级会员，CSIG会员，IEEE高级会员，ACM会员，ACM SIGMM中国分会会员。2002年6月毕业于中国科学技术大学自动化专业，获自动控制与工商管理双学士学位，2007年6月毕业于中国科学技术大学模式识别与智能系统专业，获控制科学与工程工学博士学位，2007年中国石油大学（华东）工作至今。主要研究方向为模式识别、机器学习理论及其应用。目前主持/完成国家自然科学基金3项、山东省自然科学基金2项、青岛市自然科学基金1项。近年发表学术论文百余篇，其中11篇论文入选ESI高被引论文，3篇入选ESI热点论文，申请国家发明专利10余项（授权8项），以第一完成人获中国自动化学会自然科学奖二等奖（2022年）、山东省人工智能学会自然科学一等奖（2021年）等奖励。担任SCI期刊《Neural Processing Letters》Associate editor，Signal Processing Guest editor，IET Computer Vision Guest editor，Neurocomputing Guest editor，Remote Sensing Guest editor，数十种领域内重要期刊审稿人，近年来作为分会（共同）主席、宣传主席等组织国际学术会议分会十数次，国际学术会议技术委员会成员或审稿人数十余次。

Weifeng Liu (M’12-SM’17) is currently a Professor with the College of Control Science and Engineering, China University of Petroleum (East China), China. He received the double B.S. degree in automation and business administration and the Ph.D. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent systems from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2002 and 2007, respectively. His current research interests include pattern recognition and machine learning. He has authored or co-authored a dozen papers in top journals and prestigious conferences including 11 ESI Highly Cited Papers and 3 ESI Hot Papers. Dr. Weifeng Liu serves as associate editor for Neural Processing Letter, co-chair for IEEE SMC technical committee on cognitive computing, and guest editor of special issue for Signal Processing, IET Computer Vision, Neurocomputing, and Remote Sensing. He also serves dozens of journals and conferences.
