Mingtong Zhang was born in Heze city, Shandong province, China, in 1994. He received the B.E. degree in communication engineering from University of Jinan, China, in 2018, and the M.E. degree in information and communication engineering at Shandong University, China, in 2021. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electronic information at Shandong University, China. His current research interests include wireless communication, intelligent communication and network, and artificial intelligence.
