The information about the CSRIO Data61 (https://www.data61.csiro.au/) scholarship program:

 

(1)   Types of PhD Scholarships

 

Data61 provides two kinds of scholarships: full scholarship and top-up scholarship.  The full scholarship is set at a rate equivalent to the Research Training Program base rate. The top-up scholarship (about AUD $10,000) can only be applied by the candidates who are in receipt of a government funded, university funded or other third-party funded scholarship.

 

The student can apply for (1) the full scholarship (about AUD$ 27,000/year), (2) the top-up scholarship (about AUD $10,000/year), and (3) The full + top-up scholarship (about AUD$ 37,000/year).

 

(2)   Duration of Scholarships: Up to a maximum of 3.5 years.
