The ICGEC-2017 conference proceedings will be published in the book series entitled "Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing", which is on the EI index list, by Springer. Normally, papers published in this book series will be indexed by EI when the paper quality fits the requirement and the publishing procedures (including the oral presentation) are completed. Selected papers of the conference will be invited for further extensions and after peer-review, will be published in a Special Issue of Journal of Information Hiding and Multimedia Signal Processing (JIHMSP, EI) or Data Science and Pattern Recognition (DSPR) journal.

An electronic version (PDF format) of the full paper should be submitted by the paper submission deadline to the ICGEC-2017 conference submission system. Manuscripts should be provided according to the author guidelines given at the link http://www.springer.com/series/11156 where you can find the necessary styles and information. 

The template for ICGEC-2017 follows the same template for the book series: (LaTeX) llncs2e.zip and typeinst.zip, and (MS-Word 2007) splnproc1110.zip.

The paper length is 6-8 pages for the regular paper. Each paper is allowed to have maximum 2 extra pages with raising USD 100 registration fee per extra page.
