一、导师介绍

 

在学科建设方面,作为学科骨干,积极承担了信息与通信工程电子与通信工程等一级学科点硕士学位授权点合格评估的相关工作,以及国家特色专业智能电网信息工程的学科建设、本科教学大纲修订、本科教学评估相关方面的工作。在教学方面,承担信号与系统通信原理数字信号处理等智能电网信息工程专业的核心课程。

在科研方面,研究方向紧密围绕5G无线网络演进、5G通信技术与能源互联网体系融合等方面所面临的新理论和新技术问题,取得了一系列原创成果。作为项目负责人,先后主持了多项国家级、省部级科研项目,包括国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、北京市自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、北京市优秀人才计划项目、国家电网公司科技项目等,积累了深厚的理论基础和丰富的研究经验。

目前担任 IEEE AccessEURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and NetworkingTransactions on Emerging Telecommunications TechnologiesIEEE Communications Magazine 等国际学术期刊的编辑及客座编辑,担任IEEE ISADSIEEE Globecom等通信领域旗舰会议的Workshop联合主席,担任IEEE GlobecomIEEE ICCIEEE WCNCIEEE VTCIEEE PIRMCIEEE CCNCIEEE APCC 等国际学术会议的技术委员会委员。在国际标准化方面,担任IEEE 异构网络授权/非授权频谱融合标委会工作组骨干成员(IEEE Standards AssociationP1932.1 Working GroupLicensed/Unlicensed Spectrum Interoperability in Wireless Mobile Networks”)。应邀在IEEE 车辆技术协会旗舰会议IEEE VTC’18上作Tutorial报告(报告题目:Internet of VehiclesWhen SDN, Edge Computing and Big Data Meet Intelligent Transport Systems)。2016 年入选北京市委组织部北京市优秀人才计划2017年入选IEEE 高级会员(IEEE Senior Member)。

 

二、拟颁发学位

 

华北电力大学是教育部直属的国家“211工程重点建设大学、国家“985工程优势学科平台重点建设大学。学校1958年创建于北京,原名北京电力学院。学校长期隶属于国家电力部门管理。2003年,学校划转教育部管理,并由国家电网公司、中国南方电网公司、中国华能集团公司、中国大唐集团公司、中国华电集团公司、中国国电集团公司和中国电力投资集团公司等七大电力央企组成的理事会与教育部共建。现华北电力大学理事会成员单位包括七大电力央企和中国电力企业联合会、华北电力大学等九家单位。

课题组依托电气工程一级学科博士点(学科代号:080800),博士生毕业将获得电气工程的博士学位。根据20171228日教育部发布的第四轮全国学科评估结果,华北电力大学电气工程学科排名全国第三,位列A档,入选国家双一流学科建设能源电力科学与工程学科群。
